Delivery Times
All the pieces that are in stock, will be packed and shipped to you within 3 working days.
Notice when ordering rings/bracelets and a few other items on this website, that pieces still need to be made for you (in right size). The making time is up to 3 weeks. You can see when placing the order if a piece is in stock or still has to be made.
*Please note: Maja Lava is not responsible for delays due to post office delays.
Return policy
If you for any reason wish to return your order, please send me an email within 14 days after you received your package.

You can exchange it for another size or model and will be charged only for the new shipping costs (and the difference in price)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Please notice that the returning item should be in the same condition as when it arrived to you (unused)
Full refund (exclusive shipping fee) will be payed back within 14 days from received return.

If for any reason the piece that you received is not what you expected, send me an email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Avoid contact with lotions, perfume and salty water.
Jewellery made of silver and gold is made to last long, but nevertheless, some pieces are also delicate. Fine chains can break when being pulled. Take care of your beautiful jewellery and let me know if the damage still occurs. Most probably we can repair it for a small fee.
