RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please send me an email within 14 days after you have received your package.
The returning item should be in the same condition as when it arrived to you, not worn.
After I receive the item back, you will get a full refund of the product that you return.
Please notice that the cost for shipping are not being refunded.
Some tips with returns:
- take care that the jewellery is well packed against any damages. You can best return it in the box that it arrived in.
- when sending a return, do it with track & trace. A return package that gets lost is not covered by Maja Lava
- if you live close to Utrecht, you can bring the returning item to our atelier, after making an appointment
